We have lots of people who contact us about getting started with Brazilian Jiujitsu but are worried about their fitness, skill level & exactly what it means to grapple.

Starting next week we will run an 8 week beginner cycle on Wednesdays 6-7pm. You’ll learn all the fundamental skills of the grappling arts and experience small slices of sport in a controlled, playful setting.
