Meditation Time at Candor Free Library

This is an In-person or Zoom event!
The Candor Library has invited Sarah to be part of the Summer Reading Program with this class designed to help recognize how much our emotions Color Our World. We will spend time talking about colors and emotions that might represent those colors then transition into some meditation time to let those negative vibes out of the system! Today we will work with the colors Indigo & Purple and Meditation on the feeling of Gratitude.
This is Family Meditation time, which means all ages are welcome. Parents, bring the kids. Adults, teens, and others, please know that kids might be milling around, which is PERFECT! There is hardly ever a perfect moment for anything. We will work with the moments we have and celebrate how amazing it feels that we embraced the moment. See you here!
