1. MORNING WORKSHOP: Courage in the Face of Darkness: Nicky Blume’s Story of Survival and Renewal with Nicky Blume
We are honoured to welcome Nicky Blume as our special guest speaker at the upcoming July Canberra event.
Nicky’s story is one of extraordinary resilience. After surviving a harrowing farm attack in South Africa—a traumatic event that captured global attention—she and her family found the courage to start anew in Australia. Through unimaginable adversity, Nicky emerged as a passionate advocate for hope, healing, and the strength of community.
Her deeply personal journey explores themes of survival, forgiveness, and the transformative power of support. Nicky’s message, rooted in her belief that “we rise by lifting others,” invites us all to find light in the darkest moments and to support one another through life’s challenges.
Please note: Nicky’s story includes references to traumatic events, which may be distressing for some attendees.
