This course is dedicated to providing holistic support to pregnant women, through yoga practice, breath-work, and informative sessions on birth preparation.
Practising yoga throughout your pregnancy is a wonderful gift that you give to yourself and your unborn baby. Prenatal yoga will help you be in the best possible shape and mindset for birth and beyond!

This course gives you a comprehensive understanding of your body and safe movement. Will give you space to sit with and adjust to the many changes pregnancy and birth bring and will help you connect fully with your body and baby during this wonderful time.
