This 10 week course is designed to empower young women to trust themselves and discover they're worth. Through, movement, breath and connection we will journey together through various topics and learn how to be with ourselves, honour ourselves and trust ourselves.
This course is perfect for any young women struggling with self image, self-esteem, anxiety, body image, feelings of separation or just wanting to connect with others and love themselves.
Warriors of the Self is a specifically designed course to empower and support young women in a relevant, energetic and self-motivated style. This course recognises the confusing, scary and exhausting time that is adolescence especially as young women.
The journey of self-love and acceptance is on-going and by working closely with mentors Eli Haski and Sachi Proctor this course guides young women through 10 weeks of breath, movement, reflection and relaxation, to find and connect with their inner self and feminine warrior.
These young women will have the space and time each week to experience and connect with their bodies and minds in a safe, non-judgemental and creative space. We will work with yoga movements and breath, building from week to week, helping to establish a kind and compassionate relationship with ones own body. We will explore different archetypal energies to find a sense of self-worth and have tools to be able to implement when needed in daily life.
This course aims to give these young women a new way of relating to themselves with confidence, strength, acceptance and grace. We will honour them so that they can honour themselves.
