The Level 1 Crystal Healing Bowl Workshop is an introductory training in sound healing using crystal singing bowls. In this workshop you'll learn:
- fundamentals to play the singing bowls;
- practice sessions with real-time feedback;
- understand their connection to the chakras;
- strengthen your connection to your intuition and inner wisdom;
- explore how sound and vibration support healing and balance.
The workshop covers techniques, care, and creating simple sound sessions for personal or group use.
