In this 1.5 hr session, we'll start with a cup of ceremonial cacao.
As the cacao begins to work its way through your system, we’ll invite in soft, nourishing movement to support its flow and deepen your connection to the experience.
We'll then relax for a soothing sound bath with shamanic drumming, crystal singing bowls, chimes & more, bringing your emotional, mental, and physical states into harmony. This creates a deep sense of calm, peace, and relaxation, both inside & out. Honour the solstice with mindful intention, planting seeds for what you wish to grow as the days begin to lengthen, we journey through winter, and the slow return of light guides us toward spring.

About the Facilitators, Cher & Bec:
Cher has been leading meditations for almost 20 years & has been in love with crystal singing bowls for about the same amount of time. In 2023, while she was recovering from an injury & couldn't teach aerial acrobatics, she dove straight into crystal singing bowls. She is now in facilitator training to share her love of them & teach others how to play. She has been a professional singer in the US and has incorporated her singing with the bowls creating a very unique experience in her sound baths.
Meet Bec from Intuitive Cosmic Rhythms – an Army veteran who found sound healing, blending crystal singing bowls, shamanic reiki, and deep ritual to support veterans, first responders & the wider community. She offers sound baths, shamanic reiki, cacao ceremonies, chakra DJ events & training workshops – all designed to restore, realign & reconnect to self. Journey with her into the power of healing through sound, vibration & life force energy.
