Acro Workshop - Trio & Group Balances

Come and join James in a all-levels Acro workshop at Aerial Sports on Saturday June 28. No partner required! Appropriate for 13+ to Adult.

We'll be exploring balances and dynamic skills for trios and small groups. There will be a strong focus on spotting and safe practices, with lots of drills and progressions for all. While there are no specific prerequisites, some experience in partner and/or group acrobatics is preferred. You don't need an established partnership or group, come alone or with friends!

What to Wear: Close fitting clothes you can move comfortably in. Yoga clothing & most active wear will suit.

Instructor:
James has many years' experience in partner acrobatics, including performing and teaching. Currently living in Melbourne he is practicing as often as possible, and taking to the stage when the opportunity arises! He believes that the connection, fun and fitness of partner acrobatics is something that everyone should be able to participate in!
