🩰 Nutcracker Auditions for Young Dancers (Ages 5–12)

Step into the magic of the holiday season! Rochester City Ballet invites young dancers ages 5–12 to audition for our upcoming performances of The Nutcracker — featuring live music by the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and held at two beautiful venues:
🎻 Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre with the RPO in Rochester, NY
🎭 Fort Hill Performing Arts Center in Canandaigua, NY
Dancers may participate in one or both locations!
📅 Audition Date: Saturday, August 23rd
📍 Location: Finer Lakes Ballet Academy
✅ Online registration is required prior to the audition.
🕘 Audition Schedule:
Ages 9–12
– Registration: 9:45 AM
– Audition: 10:00 AM
Ages 7–8
– Registration: 11:00 AM
– Audition: 11:15 AM
Ages 5–6
– Registration: 11:45 AM
– Audition: 12:00 PM
📣 Note: Dancers ages 9–12 may be invited to a callback audition on Sunday, August 24th at 1:30 PM in Rochester.

Dancers ages 12–18 must attend auditions in Rochester on Sunday, August 24th.
