About the event

Cocktail Making Class: Summer
Join Cassie on Thursday, July 24 at 6pm at the outdoor bar for cocktail making: Summer Edition!

Instruction will cover three cocktails featuring different spirits: gin, vodka, and our Wassail apple brandy. You'll get to shake and stir your way through one cocktail of your choice to enjoy. You'll leave with hands on experience using bar tools, making simple syrups, and increased confidence behind the bar. Take home a tulip glass with you!

Vodka - Blackberry Basil Smash: Homemade blackberry syrup, fresh basil
Gin - Clover Club: Homemade raspberry syrup & freshly squeezed lemon juice
Wassail Apple Brandy - Pineapple Old Fashioned: Pineapple, bitters
