Sunday Reset Yoga Class

Begin your week with clarity and ease.

This grounding yoga class incorporates gentle movement, longer-held poses for flexibility, breath work and stillness to reconnect with your body and calm your mind.

Class will close with a meditative sound bath to invite deep rest.

Sunday Reset Yoga Classes are offered by experienced yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500, certified iRest® teacher.

Elizabeth has taught thousands of yoga classes and is known for her invitational teaching approach to customize your practice and honor your body.
