6 days and 7 nights of Aerial Hoop and Contortion technical and creative training in our professional beach-side, 8-meter height space with a performance opportunity!
Aerial hoop:
Will cover multiple moves working into linking sequences and choreography. We will also play with spinning, beats, dynamic, flowing movements, and rolls. We will also touch base on the creative side of performing acts and not being afraid to find your own expression in hoop going beyond the moves and technique.
Contortion/Flexibility
This Course is for all levels and is tailored to each student based on your goals and our instructor's assessment of your current level of flexibility. Each class is dedicated to a specific move or type of flexibility so you will practice different ways to develop your bendiness. We will start all together doing a warm-up, and then individually our coach will adjust your body and help you with your alignment for the main move to work on so you will learn how to get your body into extreme positions without injuring it. We will be practicing splits and back bends in each class. All you need to activate your body and help it to increase its range of movement in full.
Who is it for?
Advanced Beginners- Advanced aerialists.
Classes can be mixed ability and experience as teachers can work to the individual needs and adjust accordingly.

What is included in the course fee?
The course fee includes tuition, use of equipment and circus space, on-site accommodation just a couple minutes walk from Palolem beach, nutritious food at Traverse Luxe Hostel, Palolem, Goa, and a fun group excursion to explore the beautiful nature of Goa.
