The Yoga for Graceful Aging series is thoughtfully designed for adults ages 50 and up. In each session we will move slowly, building stability from the ground up, and reconnecting with strength, presence, and the breath.

Blending somatic movement, Gentle Flow, and Hatha yoga, Helen will guide you in finding more mobility, balance, and nervous system regulation, using slow flowing sequences and holds that will safely nourish connective tissue, promoting joint health and circulation. Each session closes with guided breathwork, meditation, and sound therapy — inviting deep rest and inner calm.

All are welcome. No experience necessary.

Helen Rita is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Pilates Reformer Instructor, Thai Yoga Bodyworker, and Sound Healer with over 20 years of experience. Helen's intention for the Yoga for Graceful Aging Series is to create a supportive space to help you move with greater ease, build resilience, and embrace the wisdom that comes with aging.
