Awakening to the Heart Open Sangha

We meet weekly on Sundays, 9:30am, with some exceptions.

Dana offerings accepted, but not necessary

Awakening to the Heart is delighted to host a group meditation practice and heart-centered open sangha at BodhiHeart Yurt, that welcomes individuals from various spiritual backgrounds and traditions.

Members of Awakening to the Heart Open Sangha meet regularly for group practice with silent meditation sittings, followed by sharing/discussion and tea.

Sessions may also include guided meditation, movement meditation, spiritual readings, other contemplative practices such as sound healing or chanting.

This sangha is peer led and leadership shared, as desired by its members. (Leading group practice is voluntary and not a requirement to join the sangha).
