Acing ALS - Chuck Schmidt Memorial Golf Outing

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly referred to as Lou Gerhig's Disease, is a nervous system disease that impacts the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, weakening muscle and physical functions. Despite widespread awareness in part to the lives of Lou Gerhig, Stephen Hawking, Steve Gleason, the viral ice-bucket challenge, and many others, there remains no cure.

Sadly, our dear friend, Chuck, has passed. In his honor, we hope to raise money to begin a scholarship fund in his name. With this, local students will get to learn the true meaning of grit, love, and tenacity, all whilst also learning of Chuck's story.

Join us at Knoll Run on July 19th and help us 'Ace ALS'.
