Meditation and Mudras with the Monks

Join us for a transformative evening of meditation and breathwork with the revered monks of the Drepung Gomang Monastery.

This special visit will focus on mudras and breath—powerful techniques to deepen your meditation practice and cultivate inner peace. Through guided demonstrations and collective practice, you'll explore how specific hand gestures and breathing methods can enhance focus, clarity, and spiritual connection.

The Drepung Gomang Monastery, home to around 2,000 Tibetan monks, is a beacon of spiritual resilience amidst the Tibetan refugee plight. These monks carry forward sacred traditions with deep devotion. By attending, you support their vital work and help preserve these ancient teachings.

Doors Open: 6:30 PM
Practice Begins: 7:00 PM
Post-Event: Shop handcrafted goods to support the monks

Please wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to sit on the floor or supported props. Everything you need will be provided.
