Assisting Workshop with Sid Fogal

Deepen your understanding of Asana in this Art of Assisting, open to teachers and dedicated practitioners alike. This hands-on workshop will expand your knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and the power of touch, teaching you corrective, supportive, and deepening assists for a range of poses.

You’ll learn to confidently “read” bodies, enhance alignment, and assist students safely—no matter their body type. You will gain practical skills for creating effective sequences and fostering meaningful connections with students.

With a balance of practice, alignment principles, and assist techniques, this experience will transform your practice, your teaching, and your ability to connect with students.
