Wig It, Werk It, Win the Crowd (Drag 201)

Ready to slay harder, host smarter, and werk the room like it owes you money?
This Drag 201 workshop is for performers who want to level up their stage presence, character work, and musicality—with a big ol’ splash of improv comedy thrown in.

Led by Boston’s own MT Hart (drag MC extraordinaire, dancing dumbass, and certified comedy king), and co-hosted by Nova Comedy Collective, this workshop blends the best of drag, comedy, and performance coaching in one fabulous, judgment-free space.

💋 Persona & Character Work

• Develop your onstage persona and stay in character like a pro
• Practice “Snatch Game”-style exercises to talk, move, and connect in character

🎶 Musicality & Movement

• Bring a song and learn how to plan, perform, and embody your number
• Explore how editing, pacing, and physicality bring your song to life

🎭 Hosting & Rapport

• Build stage presence and audience connection
• Learn MC skills, banter techniques, and improv tricks to keep the crowd with you

• Drag performers looking to sharpen their presence
