🌀💗 🌀 Hey dancing family, we are welcoming back talented Ankati Day. Last time in December, Ankati offered us a beautiful cacao ceremony, warm up and soundscape. This time, she will rock it as our DJ guest! The theme of the night is INNER GUIDANCE: inviting us to tune in and to use movement to follow deeper our intuition and trust in the messages of the body. This dance is at the First Church in Cambridge.
Sandra Rose will guide our grounding Cacao Ritual and Beau Demkar will lead contact-Improv inspired warm up. To get a taste of Ankati's DJ magic 🎧 check out her sets

🌿 Our Covid & health policy: if you have any flu like symptoms or test positive for Covid please stay home. Testing for Covid before the event is encouraged, but not required. Anyone is welcome to wear a mask during the dance or use our "dance alone" wristband available at the front desk. Thank you for your cooperation .
