This 4-hour course covers 7 topics related to violence prevention as well as 7 personal development skills that empower people to prevent violence in everyday interactions and in all aspects of society. Learning objectives include; increased communication skills for conflict resolution, increased self-awareness, self-regulation skills, how to de-escalate and more. Participant guides will be provided electronically. Snacks and drinks will be provided. There will be a 1-hour lunch break from 12 pm - 1 pm.
