The Wednesday Session at the Grapes - 6th August

We'd love to welcome you to the first Wednesday Session in our new home at The Grapes on Histon road, and we've got a great opening night lined up for you. This weeks house band will kick things off at 8.30pm with John Wright on guitar, Claudia McKenzie on bass, and Malek Hyde-Smith on drums. Next we have Steve Young and The Real Time Players, these guys are great and feature Steve on guitar and vocals, Rory Sheppard on guitar, Pete Hartley on Bass and Paul Burne on drums, Neil Cowlan will also be joining on guitar for some numbers as a special guest. The final slot of the evening will be led by our good friend Tim Aves, joined by the house band. Tim's a fantastic blues singer, harmonica and guitar player, and has fronted many great blues bands including The Rockin' Armadillos, Wolfpack and Leaving Trunk. So join us this Wednesday for the first session at The Grapes and don't forget those dancing shoes! 🎶🎶🎤🎶🎶
