Tapas at Twilight: An Evening of Bold Bites & Spanish Charm

Indulge in the bold, rustic flavors of Spain in this hands-on tapas tasting class—with a delicious spotlight on artisan cheeses. From the nutty complexity of aged Manchego to the creamy tang of goat’s milk Garrotxa, you’ll explore how Spanish cheeses elevate traditional tapas to unforgettable bites.

This class includes a guided tasting of regional cheeses, paired with curated accompaniments like marcona almonds, quince paste, and Spanish olives. Learn to craft small plates that, depending on the cheese we have available, could include: queso de cabra al horno (baked goat cheese with tomato); sharp aged Mahón paired with smoky chorizo; croquetas filled with the perfect Spanish melting cheese; montadito de setas, queso y trufa (open face sandwiches with cheese, mushroom, and truffle oil); or milhojas de queso y berenjena (Cheese and eggplant mille-feuille)

Whether you're a cheese lover or curious foodie, come hungry—this is a flavor-packed evening of rich textures, bold pairings, and plenty of wine.

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a tapas, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
