Stillness Under the Stars is a peaceful summer night meditation gathering. We'll settle into breath, rest in the arms of the Earth, and listen together in silence under the moonlit sky.

• Arrival grounding + breath awareness
• Gentle guided meditation (10–15 min)
• Silent moonlight sit (15–20 min)
• Oracle card or reflection to close

• A cushion, mat, or folding chair
• Blanket or shawl
• Journal (optional)
• Water or tea
• A heart open to quiet
