Saturday Special: Ashtanga Flow & Savasana Massage with Luke Harden

Join Luke for a special class of two halves. The first half will be a simplified Ashtanga flow to get your energy moving and open up the body. The second half will be dedicated to savasana massages. You’ll be in a pair and taking turns to thoroughly relax your partner whilst you are guided through the process. Savasana massages are designed to help further deepen your relaxation and can help ease tension throughout the body.
