Targeted Gentle Iyengar Yoga: The Lower Back 4-Week Course is designed to support the ongoing health and wellbeing of your lower back. In a supportive environment, you'll learn an accessible Iyengar sequence, gently repeated and refined each week, to cultivate strength, flexibility, and stability in this crucial area. Come move with greater ease and maintain a healthy, happy back!

👉Repetitive Sequence: We will work with a specific sequence of Iyengar Yoga poses targeting the lower back. This repetition allows for gradual progress, deeper understanding, and increased awareness of your body.
👉Precision: Expect attention to alignment and the use of props (like blocks, belts, and blankets) to support your practice and ensure safety. Iyengar yoga is known for its detailed instruction, making it accessible to all, regardless of flexibility or experience.
