Pelvic Floor 101

Hi there! My name is Dr. Alex Boyer and I am a Physical Therapist that specializes in Women's Health. This event is for YOU if you want to better understand why you may be leaking, having pain, weak core, heaviness, etc.

Bring a friend and learn about why kegels might be hurting you instead of helping you and so much more! You have nothing to lose and so much to gain :)

There will be educational handouts, snacks, drinks, and little ones are welcome (preferably under 1 or not walking yet). There will be a play mat, books, and some toys to play with!

*This will be held at The Party Room in Cambridge, please park in the back alley where the entrance is located, otherwise there is street parking/a lot nearby*
