Peter Freeman, the Chair of the government-appointed Cambridge Growth Company, will share his vision for the growth of Cambridge and its transport, infrastructure, water and housing. But Cambridge is not a blank canvas. Can a heritage city, which already has a water shortage and a river full of sewage, grow in a way that is sustainable ?
