We are thrilled to be welcoming Yoli back to Satyam for this event.
The invitation is to apply the wisdom of the Dasha Mahavidya (Ten Wisdom Mothers) to reclaim our ancestral knowledge of the stages of Womanhood/Life-hood and revive wisdom of cyclic transformation. In bodies with womb spaces lives an unbroken line of wisdom of how healing works, how to access healing resonance and how to apply nature-principles in design processes of any systems.
During our day we will enjoy practices of therapeutic movement, breathing exercises, mantra, kriya, mudra and bandha while inspiring ourselves through the archetypes of the Ten Wisdom Mothers and their teachings. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep meditation, will be a core adaptogenic practice for our rest and rematriation. Come be part of an intentional space for learning and transformation that is rooted in Indigenous methodology, decolonization praxis and healing principles.
There is a way for us to be engaged in the transformation we wish to see while embodying the renewal that is necessary for our inner and outer transformation to occur. The capacity for collective liberation is increased by our individual rest-quotient increasing. Inner resources inform the possibility of repair and healing. The time of subtle action to fortify these inner resources is right NOW.
