If so, join wine & cheese educator and writer (and inquisitive soul at heart) Adam Centamore for Wine & Cheese 101- the perfect introduction to the world of amazing cheeses, wines, and pairings. You'll learn how these delectable foods are made, how to select and care for them, and many other delicious topics. Of course, the best way to learn is to eat and drink! You'll sample different pairings that bring together these beloved foods in ways that ace the test. Spend an evening getting back to the basics of pairing. It's time for wine & cheese 101!
