Integral Yoga Hatha with Live Music

Prepare to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit in this peaceful yoga class led by Parashakti (Vienna). Explore the guided practice of Hatha Yoga and experience a series of classical yoga asanas, pranayama (breath control), yoga nidra and meditation. Come as you are, whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi.

We invite you to nurture your well-being as you reconnect with your Self and a community of like-minded individuals at this Integral Yoga class. Please bring your own props like a thick blanket, yoga mat, blocks/bolster, and dress comfortably!

Integral Yoga Hatha is a gentle and balanced classical Yoga practice. In sanskrit, "Ha" translates to Sun and "Tha" to Moon, signifying the focus on creating balanced and harmonious energy inside and out. You can expect to feel peaceful and rejuvenated after class, leaving with more energy than you arrived with. We welcome all levels of yogis, so students are encouraged to listen to their body and go at their own pace.

Parashakti-Vienna Husson is a 200-hr Integral Yoga Instructor. She studied at Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville, in Virginia, and lived in the same Yoga community for 3 years thereafter, teaching Hatha to guests and community members. She now lives in the Cambridge area, hoping to share the classical Integral Yoga techniques that made powerful, positive impacts in her life.

Sadhu-Jesse Gallagher is an Integral Yoga teacher and life-long musician. He traveled & performed extensively as a founding member of the band Apollo Sunshine from 2001-2010, and since has released several albums under his own name (The Inner Sound 2020, Visual Music Vol. #1 & #2). He has practiced meditation & yoga since 2000. In 2016, he was certified to teach Integral Yoga Hatha at Satchidananda Ashram, and in 2024, Jesse was certified to teach Mindfulness Meditation from Dharma Moon Tibet House.
