This is a free Civil Rights Sew-In! Join us at The Foundry for an afternoon of sewing and community building.
Bring your mending, knitting, crochet. Or just bring yourself. No materials or skills required! We’ll provide fabric, thread, and a bit of sewing training. We'll talk about civil rights and fiber-art-based political movements. And we'll support each other in this time of crisis ♥
You’re also invited to stitch into a cloth book which will become an artifact to show at future civil rights events.
