Three weeks and counting until Open Horse Show #2! July 6th is the date and we can't wait! Here are a few things to be aware of as we near the next show:
**The CSC welcomes Andrea LaManque and Dan Nelson to the grounds to judge in the main ring and the trail course. Both of these judges are beloved by our club and do an amazing job!
**All entries will automatically be entered in the raffle drawing for the Flowina Designs Headstall donated by Allie.
**Please PRE ENTER!! All those who pre-enter will receive an additional raffle ticket towards the Flowina Designs Headstall drawing:) Pre-entering is an easy way to get an extra ticket and it REALLY helps the CSC out as far as getting your info entered ahead of time.
**Since this show is being run on the 4th of July weekend, we'd love to see how many riders wear some combination of the colors red, white or blue!
**We will be raising funds for OPERATION ADOPT A SOLDIER!! Look for more information about the OPEN RED, WHITE, AND BLUE WTJ CLASS we will be running immediately following class #18. The entry fee for this class will be $10 and it will be a separate donation that will go towards the fundraiser. Everyone will be allowed to ride in this WTJ class, so the more the merrier!
**There will be a place in front of the office decorated with patriotic colors if you wish to take pictures during the show!!
**Joe and Ginger Cummings will be on the grounds to prepare scrumptious food all day long!
**Emma Bentzen and Mr Bean will be carrying the flag during the playing of the National Anthem and we are excited to have them perform.
**We will be giving away a Sportsmanship Award and the recipient will receive a Loot Bag from Stateline Tack
**The Overall High Point Rider for the day will be receiving a beautiful print donated by Sarah Lyn.
**Patterns are posted on the webpage at www.cambridgesaddleclub.org. Be sure to check them out so you are well prepared for showmanship, rail and trail!
**Be sure to keep an eye out for Lynn Ann of One Still Image! She will be taking beautiful pictures throughout the day:)
**Memberships will be accepted at the show if you wish to join the CSC!
**Registration for the upcoming Pete Whitmore Versatility Clinic on July 12th will be available and accepted at the show. We still have some spots open in the afternoon session! See Donna for more information.
