Boston Open Contra May Dance

A dance for new callers, choreographers, musicians, and the dancers who love them! Please join us for our May dance, where we invite new callers to practice their calling, new choreographers to test out their dance, and new musicians to experience playing for a contra dance, all in a low stakes environment. Of course we also need plenty of dancers, especially those who love having their brains stretched and getting to try out new things!
We ask for donations to help cover the cost of rent: about $10-15 sliding scale. No one turned away for lack of funds.
