The Boston Chaîne’s 2025 season continues with a summertime return to one of our all time favorites, Chef Michael Pagliairini’s Giulia in Cambridge.
We have secured the Chef’s Pasta Table for two nights featuring their outstanding Italian cuisine in an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.
Chef Pagliarini’s journey from familial roots in Umbria, working with Chef Heston Blumenthal of The Fat Duck in London, Chef Grant Alchatz in Pelligrino in Chicago and at Boston’s Via Matta have led to his long-term success here at Giulia. We are thrilled to be returning to one of the city’s most in demand dining favorites!
The evening shall begin at 6:00 PM
Dress – Business Casual with ribbons – for photos
This evening is priced at $250.00 per person for Boston Bailliage members, $275.00 per person for others.
Boston Members whose local dues are in arrears will be charged the non-member price
Guests are welcomed - space is very limited
Only 10 seats each night.
