Rokushakubo (6ft Staff)

Open to complete novices and experienced martial artists alike, this 2 hour session will cover techniques and practical applications of the Mishima Kempo 6ft staff.

No experience necessary, wear loose comfortable clothing suitable for outdoors. We supply all training weapons!
