Chaney offers a Vinyasa style of yoga which strings together postures in alignment with breath. Moving in harmony with the breath, posture to posture, in a synchronized flow is sure to leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and more clear on what is most important to you. These classes are for all levels and all ages!
