We begin with Yin Yoga, a deeply restorative style of yoga that uses long, slow, floor-based poses to gently stretch the body’s connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and create space within — physically, emotionally, and energetically. No experience is needed. This is yoga for the soul: gentle, accessible, and profoundly grounding.
🎵 We invite you at the same time to surrender into a Hands-On Sound Bath like no other. As you melt into stillness, you’ll be supported by the healing touch of hands-on sound tools — tuning forks, chimes, and vibrational instruments — as well as the powerful resonance of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other sacred sounds. This unique sound experience will recalibrate your energy, dissolve tension, and guide you into deep rest and restoration.

Sarah is a soulful Design Alchemist, creative visionary, and devoted mother of two. With a background in renovation, styling, and energetic curation, she brings an intuitive, grounded presence to every space she holds. Through gentle movement and heart-led guidance, she creates room for emotional freedom, clarity, and grace.
Kat is a sound healer, wellness guide, and mama with a deep devotion to vibrational healing. Her work with sacred sounds is intuitive, powerful, and rooted in presence. She invites you to experience sound not just as something you hear — but as something you feel and remember in your bones.
