Come explore the artistry, flow, and connection of Brazilian Zouk through a week of in-depth labs with world-class instructors.

Whether you’re new to Zouk or refining your foundation, this week will level up your technique, expand your expressive toolkit, and leave you inspired on the dance floor.

𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙕𝙤𝙪𝙠 but have a background in Salsa, Bachata, or other styles? This lab bridges the familiar with the new—Jade uses your existing vocabulary to introduce Zouk’s signature movements and musicality.

For the first time in Calgary, Jade brings her signature Zouk Glow class from the UK. These labs focus on simplifying advanced movement, reconnecting to flow, and deepening your body awareness.

These two labs explore a core Zouk technique and how it translates across Brazilian Zouk and Sensual Bachata. Blend structure with creativity and discover new pathways for movement and musicality.

• Cambré & chicote concepts
• Body movement & styling

💫 Meet the Artists

𝗝𝗔𝗗𝗘 🇬🇧
Founder of Zouk Lamba Glow London, Jade is a celebrated Brazilian Zouk and Lambada artist with 25+ years of training in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and Latin styles. She’s known for her high-impact solo and partner training, MAC certification, and a teaching style full of clarity, joy, and technique. Jade is a regular at top international festivals and a champion for solo empowerment through Zouk.

𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗔 🇺🇸
Based in Washington D.C., Julissa combines a background in ballet and modern dance with over a decade of Brazilian Zouk experience. Known for her dynamic presence and expressive quality, she empowers followers to embrace their personal power within partner work and moves seamlessly between Zouk and Lambada as both a solo and partner artist.

𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗢𝗦 🇧🇷/🇪🇸
An international Zouk instructor with 17+ years of experience, Arthur’s teaching blends biomechanics, psychology, and Brazilian rhythm to help students dance with awareness, fluidity, and confidence. Having taught in over 24 countries, he brings depth, warmth, and clarity to every class.

𝗚𝗨𝗜 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗔 🇧🇷/🇺🇸
Gui is a Brazilian Zouk artist and MAC-certified instructor with over 20 years of experience. Trained at the renowned Jaime Aroxa Dance School in Rio, he blends movement science, close-embrace technique, and emotional connection to create a mindful and healing dance experience. Now based in Washington D.C., Gui is known for his clear fundamentals, somatic approach, and signature workshops on comfort, care, and connection.
