Therapeutic Walking Group
Join us for our Therapeutic Walking Group at Stanley Park! Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy a leisurely stroll through the park with like-minded individuals. This group is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, get some exercise, and connect with nature. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, all are welcome. Come and enjoy the fresh air, beautiful scenery, and good company. Don't miss out on this opportunity to take care of your physical and mental well-being in a supportive and peaceful environment.
Walks will start and end with a facilitated group practice, as well as a suggested focal point for each walk. Walks are approximately 40-50 minutes, go at your own pace. Children and pets and partners welcome as long as they do not take away from other participants' practices.
Meeting place will be at the flower beds near the south parking lot.
