What to Expect:

• Opening Circle to set some agreements and introductions
• Fun and interactive games to break the ice
• Uplifting music to set the vibe
• A welcoming space to connect with other spiritual singles
• Free mingle time
• Closing circle and information exchange

What to Bring:

• Your favorite cup for drinks (let’s reduce waste together ).
• A food or non-alcoholic beverage item to share with the group (snacks, desserts, or drinks—whatever speaks to your heart!).
• A yoga cushion as we will be sitting on the floor

Other important info:

Age range will be approximately, but not limited to 40-60 (give or take).
