Join the electrifying 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘀—the passionate Shim Sham leader you’ve seen front and center every week—as he breaks down this classic solo jazz routine in a 𝗳𝘂𝗻, 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 1.5-hour workshop.

If you've been trying to pick it up just by jumping in during social dances but find yourself stuck on certain parts, Taylor will teach 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 so you can dance it with confidence.

𝗡𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱! The Shim Sham is a 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 that originated in the 1920s as a tap dance warm-up and later became a beloved staple of swing dance communities worldwide. Polish your moves and get ready to shine at our Sunday night social. Plus, since you can 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲, you’ll be ready to jump in anytime!
