Get hands-on with liquid nitrogen (LN₂) and explore the science of freezing and phase changes, all through the lens of your fave summer treat.
Bonus? You’ll make (and enjoy!) your very own custom LN₂ science sundae, fueled by curiosity and frozen by science.
No experience needed. Just creativity, curiosity, and a craving for cool science.
In this supercool experience, participants will:
- Witness the instant freezing power of liquid nitrogen
- Learn about the science behind liquid nitrogen, food, and why our brains freeze when we eat frozen treats too quickly
- Create their own custom nitro ice cream sundae with freeze-dried toppings
