About the event

Recreational Skipping Program for Kids
Our 10 week Recreational Skipping Program offers kids an exciting way to stay active while having tons of fun! Jump rope is a fantastic full-body workout, boosting coordination, endurance, and strength.

This is a non-competitive jump rope program for youth ages 6+. Each participant gets a beaded rope to keep too!
