About Mellisa
Mellisa is a 800-hour Certified Yoga Teacher who has been teaching since 2015. Trained in the Himalayan Tradition of Raja Yoga and advanced Myofascial Yoga (300-hour), she also holds certifications in Somatic Trauma Therapy, multiple Meditation Teacher Trainings, and Reiki. With over 12 years of personal meditation and spiritual practice, Mellisa brings a gentle, compassionate presence to her classes, sharing movement as medicine to invite more vitality, joy, and ease into everyday life
