This high-energy Drag Show x Launch Party marks the debut of our latest artist collaboration as part of The LOVED. Collection: Tossed Salad by Cory Bugden — a playful, powerful pattern that brings colour and joy to every pair of underwear. You'll be able to shop the new print at the show! This night isn't just about the art—it’s about heart. Come raise a glass with us! Dinner, drag, and a celebration of creativity await. Notes: Please note that ticket prices covers entry to the event only and all food and beverage items are extra. All ticket sales final. Your ticket automatically enters you into our event raffle giveaway. We recommend bringing $5 bills to tip the Queens during their performances! Itinerary: Doors 5:30 PM First Half 6:30-7:15 PM Intermission with Speeches + Mini Market 7:15-8:15 PM Second Half 8:15-9:00 PM Parking Details: There is FREE parking on 11th ave, 15th street and 10th ave SW (2 hour free parking up until 6 PM and then free until 7 AM). First come first serve. There is PAID parking in the underground parkade at Best of Kin from 5pm – 11pm. Access from 14th Street SW going South in the alley drive between 10th and 11th ave or from 15th Street SW going either direction, follow signage to the ramp going down into the parkade. The door will open automatically with a sensor for your vehicle. Park in any available spot after 5 PM. Scan the QR code beside the elevator door and note the parking lot identification number. Press the “MR” button in the elevator in the left elevator and you will end up in the Best of Kin backspace. Follow the signage to the front. If you get in the right elevator, press “M” and you will end up in the building lobby. Exit and walk around the corner (2 x lefts) to the Best of Kin front door.When leaving, you will need to access the elevator from the Best of Kin back door (past all the washrooms) as the lobby front door to the building locks after 5 PM. Who is Devon + Lang ? Devon + Lang is a Life-Changing underwear and apparel brand founded in Calgary in 2019 by Tyler and Dayna McCombs. The brand is known for its super soft and breathable materials and bold, novel patterns - they believe feeling good in your underwear isn’t optional. With every purchase made Devon + Lang donate underwear to organizations who support those in vulnerable communities across Canada. They have set a goal to donate over 500,000 pairs of underwear in the next 10 years! You’ll be able to shop their newest print collab and a few other styles at the event. Collection Founded by LGBTQ+ activist Ryan Massel ( aka Mr. Fab ), LOVED. is a collaborative collection of products designed to bring a meaningful message of equality, love, and hope to others all whilst sharing important stories from the LGBTQ+ communities past and present. For every purchase with a LOVED. Collection underwear in it, Devon + Lang donates a pair of underwear to The Alex. Remember: You are valid and loved. Celebrating Devon + Lang's Newest Artist Print by Cory Bugden Cory Bugden is a local illustrator from Calgary that loves to work with bright colours, fun blobby shapes and joyful expressions. With a background in illustration and character design, Cory wanted the main goal of this collaboration with Devon + Lang to be about the characters and whimsey. The piece is inspired by the colours of the pride flag, and a splash of Keith Haring's legacy. What's more fun than a group of vegetables dancing and having a good time? Nothing haha!
