Come join us in sacred circle on the land as we reconnect with our Inner Child — the pure, playful, and wise part of our soul that’s always been with us. 🌈
We’ll begin with gentle yoga and somatic movement to open the body and heart, followed by a heart-centered ceremony to guide us inward. Together, we’ll hold space for old wounds, lost joy, and the stories that shaped us — with deep compassion, breath, and presence.
🌿✨ We'll also be picking wild sage with intention and gratitude, learning to work with this sacred medicine in harmony with the Earth.
This is a time to come home to your innocence, your laughter, your freedom. To remember the magic of being YOU.
What to bring:
💫 Yoga mat or blanket
💫 Water bottle
💫 Journal + pen
💫 A small offering for the land (optional)
💫 Dress in layers + wear walking shoes
💫 An open heart
✨ No previous yoga or ceremony experience needed — all are welcome. This is a safe, sacred, and trauma-informed space.
