DOP Neapolitan Masterclass

Dive into the rich history and tradition of Neapolitan pizza in this immersive class.

Guests will learn about the importance of authentic ingredients and the defining characteristics of this iconic dish. The hands-on session includes crafting a traditional pizza sauce from San Marzano tomatoes and mastering the art of stretching and topping pizza dough.

With a focus on elevated, traditional toppings such as prosciutto and artichokes, this class offers an authentic culinary experience. A recipe booklet with dough and sauce recipes and topping inspirations is provided.

This class includes a complementary drink, an antipasto platter and dessert. This is a small masterclass for 8 people, perfect for any skill set!
