Butterfly Nervous System Release & Sound Ceremony

Join Ortho-bionomy practitioner Danard Willisko and Somatic Sound facilitator Eily Aurora to experience a deeper connection to Self through gentleness and ease.

Danard and Eily guide you through the butterfly nervous system release, a transformational experience to release tension and pain from your body, gently and easily. This is a powerful self connection practice that releases the Sacred Muscle, known as the Psoas, where stress and trauma are often held in the body.

Our time together also includes partnered sharing, a healing sound journey with frame drum, Tibetan bowls, Tuning Forks, Celtic Harp, voice, and some gentle hands-on support.

** No previous experience is required.

~ TIMING ~

Please arrive by 12:40 pm allowing Time to get settled and ready to begin.

4:30 - 6:00 pm optional potluck and mingling.

Comfortable clothing is recommended.Please bring- a yoga matt or blanket to lay down on- small pillow.- water bottle- a potluck item to share
