With the sacred spirit of Peruvian cacao, we’ll open the heart space, activate our truth, and remember the medicine of joy that already lives within us.

Opening + Energetic Cleanse
We begin by clearing the field and settling into sacred space, calling our spirit back into the body.
Cacao Pour + Journey Introduction
You’ll be guided through the energetic purpose of this heart-based ceremony, setting intentions and drinking cacao with reverence and presence.
Quantum Shift Meditation: Clearing the Path to Joy
A guided inner journey to release what weighs on the heart and dims your voice.
This may include:
• Letting go of shame, grief, fear of being seen
• Shedding people pleasing and outdated roles
• Reconnecting to your inner rhythm and truth
• Making space for joy, freedom, and full self-expression to land
Dance Activation: Embodying Your Frequency
We rise in rhythm and joy.
