Join us for an evening of hands-on board-building and expert-led wine tasting at 1905 Bar & Grill.

Sous Chef Squid, our in-house charcuterie expert and the creative force behind her own board business, will guide you through crafting a take-home board using premium meats, cheeses, and seasonal pairings.

Then, enjoy a seated wine tasting experience with Executive Chef Juan Mora, who will walk you through select wines that pair beautifully with your finished board. Stay and snack—or save it for your next at-home moment of indulgence.
